'04 S-Type Rear Brake Replac Problem

I have a '04 S-Type V6.  I am replacing the rotors and pads on all 4 wheels with some Power slot rotors and Hawk brake pads.  The front swap went just fine.  The rear  is being a bear.  I can not get the pistons on either side to compress at all.  I disconnected the E-brake and brake line and they still will not compress.  Is there something I'm missing, or are they both bad and frozen????
