1994 xj6 power windows

Hello, I just bought a used '94 jag xj6. It's in pretty good condition, especially for what I paid for it, but the power windows don't work. The only ones that do work is that you can lower and raise both the back windows with the main driver's side control panel but that's it. I checked all the fuses. I don't know if it the switches themselves are bad or a relay switch or the window motors but it seems strange to me that the back windows can be lowered from the front control switch but not the back ones. There are a few other problems with the electrical stuff too. I bought a Haynes manual for models '88-'94 and it's about the most worthless thing I've purchased. It doesn't have information on anything that I need to know. Any suggestions?

Possible body control module.  ($$$)  Check to see if you are getting power at the motors.
