Owned my Jag for a little over a year. Love it. It is a beautiful machine. Recently it would not pass state inspection because the front steering has too much play. Is that adjustable? Can I replace just the idler arms and joints or do I have to replace the entire front rack assembly?

in what state do you reside? what exactly did they mean by "too much play?" was it in the steering wheel itself, or in the wheels?
