how can i go about changing the fog light bulbs, i can see the black cover but i can get that off either.

Remove undertray for access
Disconnect fog lamp harness multiplug.
Rotate bulb holder 1/4 turn counter-clockwise to release and remove from lamp assembly
Replace bulb

how do i take the odd screws out that hold the undertray

Turn them counterclockwise with an odd screwdriver.
