driver side window stuck

anyone know if this is an easy fix. pretty sure its not the switch since when i press  it you can hear a click sound like its trying to roll but the window motor is not responding. its a 2002 Jaguar s type 4.0   thanks alot guys

and there better quality aas well. from jag there 350 no motor.. and from ford i think they were little over $135 with a motor..

I would have to say it looks like an S-Type regulator yes. But having said that, I have never installed a lincoln one in a Jag, so I could not say it is the same definitivly from experience.
