I am sorry to hear you are selling the xtype. Well at least to say - I hope you do not leave the forum all out. As a newbie......I reallly appriciate your input and feedback - newbies ask stupid questions...yes, but it is also the new blood that will keep the Jag legacy going......thanks for the help!

Deberly-Oh I'll stay on here...I won't be like all the traitors that sold and never came back...besides the other forums are worthless! This is truly the only site (other than cbrforums.com-crotch rocket forum for Honda cycles) that is informative and have people that aren't total arses all the time! I love this forum...besides I'm a moderator I can't leave! I've been looking into getting an s-type r as its bigger than the x but the cost for what I want won't work with the budget because I'd get that and I'd have to get something that is good in the bad weather as well...I'll get one sooner or later or perhaps an xj R! I love both of those! Anyone seen the xj vanden plas? They are so awesome looking with a lesser expensive price tag compared to the super or R!

aquil you're speaking my language man. i took my x to the dealer cuz of a check engine light, and was playing with an 06 stype R. its so goddamn sexy, and a used one for the money is the hottest thing in that price range in my eyes. its definitely the next ride for me.

Why not consider XF ? I find it more attractive . If money is no concern XF would be a good choice

What bo??? Why do you still own the car?
The xf is nice but the money you are talking is obsurd! I can guarantee the resale will be much better on it as well...
I would still rather have a stype r vs. the xf anyday...the performance per dollar is clearly leaning to the r until the xf is affordable and by that time i wouldn't want to afford the parts to fix the car!!!
Hey doug what do you mean by sport model vs. the others?
The r is sooo sweet with the price tag ain't is somekid?
