We have a set of H&R Sport Springs Model #29300 for a Jaguar S Type-R. These springs are brand new and in the box. They have never been installed.
These springs are very hard to get and are available by Special Order at most retailers. We have 1 set in stock and we have them at a great price. We ares elling this set for $329 and this price will include shipping in the USA.

are these the lowest springs for the s type?

I beleive they are. The only other kit i have seen is the Arden kit and it lowers 1.25" all around.

I know you may not know this but how is the ride quality? is it harsh ?

The ride quality is a little stiffer but it is not really harsh. The S-Type R already had a stiffer suspension so the difference is not very noticeable.
