I know that it's possible that the fuse is expired, but until I get it, any suggestions?
I also wish to change the V12 to a 350 Chevrolet. More suggestions on DMV approved kits, please?

Frank - I did a conversion a few years ago in Calif. The mechanic that did the work knew the smog rules. I used the "John"s Cars" kit and the Chevy actually was cleaner than the Jag had to be. I was pleased with the John's Cars product and would be glad to correspond more with you if you are interested. I now live in the state of WA and the car is old enough not to require smog checks.
