When questioned last week didn't he say something like "I don't know, give me a chance I've only been PM for 9 days" The sneaky sly king of stealth taxes has been chancellor for the last 10 odd years, he must know something about goverment and policys. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
