my carburetted 73 xj12 has a bad head on the B side and I have a fuel injected 77 motor to use as parts. Will the head and camshaft interchange? The books only have one spec for cams but the sizes appear different. The lift is the same but cam lobes look bigger. Any input?

measure them.. if there different then there different.. one may just be worn out.. more.. the lobes i mean..
