I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE WAS IN NEED OF 65K ENINGE AND TRANS

Under the Jaguar auto parts section, I'd be willing to bet it'd go for a good price.  Also, try the free adverts section of Jag-lovers.org.  Theres always someone there rebuilding engines, and such.

Where is it, how much are you asking, and what ancillaries come with it...front cats, PI and ignition ECU's etc?

i am in newtown pa about 30 mins north of philadelphia
as far as the motor goes you can have whatever you need
i thought 1000 was resonable for motor/trans

You probably won't get much out of the trans since it's just a Turbo 400 with a different case.  I've had lots of folks calling for v12 engines for their boats.  It is spring so you may want to pursue that line.

i like the idea of a coffee but the dam thing leaks so much
