What do you like the best about your XJ8?

I thought I would start a new thread. I just completed a long round tripper and didn't want to get out of the car at the end. I love the comfort, feel on the road, handling and the power on tap. I had a 1998 XJ previously and there is no comparison-this newer model is better all around, IMHO. What about your thoughts?

I've owned an Acura RL, Audi 5000, Peugeot 505 STI, Seville STS, Chrysler 300C, etc, and I believe this is my favorite car of them all! I love the aesthetics of the interior, (burled walnut, double-stitched connolly leather and the heated wheel is the bomb during these cold winter days in Indiana!), the tight cornering, and more than sufficient pickup. I don't even miss the accelaration of the Chrysler 300C (hemi) I sold in order to buy my 04 XJ this fall. I am also a great fan of the classic lines of the Jag. I'm just not into the new "edgy" look of the competition. I really admire the understated elegance of this car. It definately "floats my boat!!"

Well mine is a 2001 VDP....but throwing in my 2 cents.
Favorite thing is it is paid for.
Second would be the rear leg room.
