Seriously I saw those few weeks ago...I like them man! Your color combo though not too fond of them on yours...a darker color like the charcoal would look sweet...or black...my color I don't think they'd look too bad...decent price adr has a few other wheels that fit our cars...thought it was somekidz but his might be ssw...04x maybe...somebody has a set of adr brand rims...I actually like those more than the used one's I found but they are 8.5 and 38mm which = RUBBING!!!
My vote

They also have chrome and black I believe. I think they'd look good while you're movin'
I'm gonna give it some thought. Tax time is coming soon and I want some new wheels

Be cautious though as somekidz for sure has the 18's with that same width (8.5) and offset (38mm) and he can't have anyone in the back! Those would be kick butt in chrome I'd sooooo be allover those! How much more for chrome? Man the wheels I wanted were 700 used...I happen to like those lexani tires or whatever they are...i'm pretty sure they got decent reviews...

The chrome wheel is on ebay also. If I do get them, it'll be Q1 2008.
As of right now, the car is getting the clutch, PP, release bearing, slave cylinder, and flywheel replaced. Oh yea, and if you guys have the instructions for programming a remote, I need that also. For some reason, I can't find it anymore.
Anyway, enough of my rambling for now

. I should have my X back on Wednesday or Thursday. I'm starting to miss it now.

I bet! What kind of damage to your wallet or savings did it do?

$1000. It was slipping so bad, I had a hard time even getting it to the shop. So for now, I'm driving the gas guzzling Explorer. At least it takes regular gas.

Hey what do you have explorer wise? 4.0 or 4.6? 4wd, awd or rear? I'm looking at getting a mercury mountaineer. Whats the best you've gotten mileage wise? Worst? At this point I'm getting like 16-18 with the jag and can only fit 4 people in with nobody being comfortable...gas mileage would be about that for the mountaineer...
BTW 1k seems pretty decent for all of that or was that for all of that?

At least those are only 8" wide...those should fit better...I'd rather spend 1049 on those than the 800 on those used rims I was telling you about...I'm still waiting for pics...

Oh I see then nevermind Aquil, but are these perfect on my car, they wont rub, is the offset good on it?

Hey I got the pis...you may still have problems with the offset so say 4 heavy people in the car you may rub but I wouldn't see why you'd have too big of a problem with it...do you have an email so I can send you the pics of those one rims I was telling you about? You can just pm me if you'd like with your email than I can attach the pics...

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 4wd. It's a great car, although my rear end does make a little noise, but that's common to all 2002-2004 Explorers/Mountaineers. It averages around 16 around town MPG, but it'll hit 21 MPG consistently on the open road easy. It seems like the mileage has gotten better with age.
Right now, you can get a mountaineer with all options for less than 10k. Definately a steal for rock solid reliabilty, options, and comfort.

Oh I know! I was looking at the sport trac because you get the bed that would be sweet! Wife hates the sport trac...I wanted something good in all weather and than I stumbled upon the inexpensive mountaineer...I've found many with under 100k miles for under 10k but I've found many with 70-80k miles for under 9k! Thats what turned me onto them...not to mention they are decently luxurious and cost less than the explorer. When you add the options I'd require onto an explorer you are looking at over 10k...I'm looking at the awd mountaineer but I think I might like the 4wd versions more....I don't know though...as long as the awd on the mountaineer would get me along nicely in some deeper snow I would like that...I've wanted a 4wd after watching this clip....
LINK TO AWESOME VIDEO...don't watch the first part its kind of stupid...the second half I think is sweet! That made me want a sporttrac but the wifey won't bite...

I like the Sport Trac. If you need a truck bed, the Sport Trac is a no brainer. You can easily find those under 10k with all options.
Probably the best bet would be to go for the Mountaineer if you need an SUV though. It's a helluva suv for the money right now.

Yeah I know I found that out about 2 weeks ago now...the sportrac is actually more than the mountaineer for some reason...its hard to find one too w/low miles for a decent price...I also want leather I hate cloth so its even harder to find a sportrac I like! The upside to the mountaineer that I know I'd use is the 7 pass. ability and it comes stock which is awesome! I've already planned a car audio install in it too! Hopefully I get one soon I'm going crazy planning it out! I'm looking for the 7 speaker system so I can add some front components easy, swap out the rear and change that rear sub! You watch the video? I'd imagine the 4wd explorer could do that couldn't it?

I've had some fun with my Explorer in the snow here

. But our snow is nothing like that. I wish it was just so I could see how well it could do.
My old boss bought an 02 Sport Trac with all options for 11k about a year ago. Had 70k miles on it. It was a purty white in good condition too.
