AuxIn for X-Type, S-Type (2002+) and XJ8 (2004-2008)
Greetings,
This is a slimmed down version of my Bluetooth kit (Bluetooth Audio Update for Jaguar Cars) with only aux in - 3.5mm audio jack. It should work on all Jaguars with D2B fiber optic audio system.
It works by emulating a CD-changer. You can install it in the trunk and route an audio cable to the cabin. Optionally if you fiddle with the D2B cables and splice the in the audio harness it can be installed behind the radio. In any case you should disconnect the CD-changer from the loop.
Looking for two volunteers to work out the install kinks and help with documenting the setup. You would get the device for a promo price of $85 + shipping. I don't have a box yet, but looking to have units ready in the next two weeks.

PM me if you are interested. I'll update the post when the slots are filled.

Hi. I've been trying to achieve this using available parts in the UK such as the analogue to digital audio converter but see it's far more complex than I thought. Very impressed with what you have achieved. Would you be happy to post one to the UK? Many thanks.
