JCV Track Day July 2015 Slideshow by yarpos | Photobucket

Quite a mixture of machines , only stayed for a couple of sessions, one of which was a gaggle of XJs. Some impressive machines and colourful driving A mix of 6, 12 and 8 cylinder machines , quite a range of exhaust notes.

Lots of other cars sharing the track day with he Jags, so a fair bit of variety. Worth a visit if you have been thinking of it.

PS forgot to say, I really enjoyed the white XJ. Sounded like a very hot lump under the bonnet, really thundered down the main straight.

Wow, how good do they look? totally glued on the bends. The XJ stance is pure art.

Got to agree with that, when I took mine out on the track it surprised me how well it held it's line in the corners.

Hi Steve

I didn't see you there.

Were you there early enough to see the XKR getting around?

Ho Pete

I guess until we meet at the September run, we wouldnt know who we were looking for :-)

I was only there briefly on my way to lunch. Saw a bunch of MGAs and Bs , then the XJs, then a mixed bag of MK2s, Volvos, Subies and others. I think next time I will make more of a day of it and not mix it up with other stuff.
