Was looking at a 60s Holden today at a car show, the engine bay attracted my attention. Converted to a fuel injection set using various pieces made and scavenged from who knows where. All very neatly done.
Another one I liked was this guys triple SU set up. Check out the fancy shmancy fuel set up on the right. Filter, regulator, gauge, distribution all together.
And a little bit of XJ6 engine **** for Clarke. Jeez they look humungous when you are used the the visual of a V8 in that space, but much less agricultural in appearance :-)

The fuel injection is all Holden Steve. When unleaded fuel came in they did that setup as a stopgap until the Nissan six was introduced. (The best engine Holden never built.)
Back in the day we had a red motor with tripples, a pain to tune but went hard and sounded great. Didn't sound as good as a Jag 6 though.
