Mark 2 Values

Far too nice for me Steve
I don't deserve it !
Have also been looking at 1967-1969 Daimler 250's.
A Mk 2 with a Daimler 2.5 litre V8. Not as popular as Mk 2's because they're not as powerful and they're not Jaguars but the same classic lines and my favourite number of cylinders. Another GT for the stable?

You rarely get back the money you spend unless you hit a market sweet spot/timing. I guess you can ask what you like , you never know you might get lucky :-) I imagine the guy that paid for the refurb on your S3 paid a lot more than the asking in money of day.

The difference with a CJ Series III rebuild like mine which created an "as new" car re-selling for circa $40-50k in the very early 2000's, is that they would henceforth depreciate like most other cars. As we know, in any condition SIII's don't (and may never) carry the same investment potential as Mk2's.

Maybe it's not what it seems. The add came back.
