Looking to see how many drivers are driving a real vehicle out there, looking to see the representation of Jaguar owners through-out the lower mainland to Vancouver Island to all of B.C.
Leave a little something with your model, year, and city!
NO CLASS/TYPE/YEAR/MODEL/ENGINE TYPE RESTRICTIONS!
It's time for Jaguar to be represented!

My buddy was over in Van last weekend, came back and told me there were no cars like mine (XJ40's) running around downtown that he could see - which is a huge contrast to Victoria where you see them all the time!
Last week I even parked next to one in the fleamarket parking lot that was the same colour and trim as mine although it was a '90 with the little wheels and not half as nice as my VDP (if the owner is reading this apologies in advance, mate!)
There are probably more in Victoria per capita that survive than anywhere else around the globe!!!

LAWRENCE, shi really eh, I work mobile I'm often seeing many through out Vancouver, now alot of them are really quite run-down, hurts the heart a little, but a few beauties still out there!
avt007, really that's not great eh, but it has to start some where right. Well hopefully soon we could arrange anew and begin a tradition.

Hold on....all these members on Vancouver Island and the lower mainland and I don't think I have seen ANY of you at Jaguars on the Island, which is annually the LARGEST Jaguar show in North America! Mark your calendars now, please: it is the weekend of July 25-27, 2014, in Victoria. If you'd like information, please email me at v12.vdp@gmail.com .
Ah...almost forgot: in my garage, 3 real Jaguars plus my wife's (X-Type - also a real Jaguar) which stays outside 24 hours a day.

No, the Jaguar Car Club of Victoria have a regular meeting along with a Coffee Klatch (Social gathering at a local venue) and a prowl (getting to stretch your cats' legs) reach month.
From the home page:
The Jaguar Car Club of Victoria was formed in May of 2003 to provide a focal point for technical support and regular driving and social events for Jaguar enthusiasts on Vancouver Island and beyond. As one of the JCNA NW Region's largest clubs, we have members from both sides of the border, from British Columbia, Alberta, Washington State and Oregon. This active club annually holds the largest Jaguar show in North America, incorporating a JCNA Concours and Slalom. We actively support local charities.
New members are espceially welcomed! Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm at the Chiefs & Petty Officers' Mess at CFB Esquimalt, at 1575 Lyall Street in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
The show referenced is "Jaguars on the Island" held annually in July. It is the largest Jaguar show in N. America including a Jaguar Club of North America sanctioned Concourse.

PoCo!
Hey gang,
I have a 1974 XJ SWB RHD that I brought back with me from Australia. I've hosted the Old English Car Club and the BCHRA meetings at my shop in the past. Being in PoCo kind of makes me somewhat central if anyone would consider coming this way. Just a thought.
I'm always up for an impromtu gathering...
