You tell 'em...not quite sure I understand all the hostility...either you want the option or your don't...sort of like either you want the car or you don't.

I do remember asking about anyone ordering carbon fiber in another thread. I don't think anyone has. I bet it would look good though. I also don't think there is pricing for the carbon accessories on the website either.

The carbon fiber engine cover is $3000, the front splitter is $3250, the rear diffuser is $3250 and the mirror covers are $520 each (x2)

I wanted the rear diffuser but it is for the v6 models only.

Thanks for posting that info...just slightly out of my range at the moment!
The rear diffuser is the only item I'd be interested in...

Plus, the only person who will get to look at the engine cover is the mechanic...

Damn that a lot of money for the diffuser. I have been looking through these forums to see a pic of it and find out the price. I don't think I'm gonna spend that much $ on it though.

Lower tailgate is awesome. I use I every time I go to dry cleaner. I open it, they take the dry cleaning bag and put the cleaned clothes in the trunk and then I shut it with the switch. No need to get out. And no fingerprints on bootlid.

I can sort of understand the power tailgate as sometimes your hands are full and you can simply press a button. My 11 year old Chrysler Pacifica and my Buick Enclave both have it, and it comes in handy. Would someone please explain to me the necessity of power A/C vents, for the life of me, I don't understand what Jaguar was thinking?! Just another motor destined to fail in the long run.

I've said this before and I will say it again ... What these cars are really missing are Soft close doors!!! Or is it just my car that needs the doors slamming?

Well I doubt I will own it in 25 years, but if it is a sought after car then, no doubt someone will be selling them, or by then maybe we will just 3D print the parts.

Agree. That would be a good feature.

I think its now rolled in with the premium/vision pack for US MY2016 so may be harder to avoid if you want any of those features.
