With some very convenient timing, I received the following letter today (see attachment). I say it's convenient because my F-Type is already at the dealer to have a few rattles addressed as well as the software fix for the driver's side tweeter "buzzing".

The letter is very vague about what exactly will be "enhanced", but I forwarded the letter to my service adviser as he was unaware of the program and what it entailed. I asked him to let me know what he finds out and which software updates will be applied (and if one of them is magically the 400 HP ECU tune from the 2018 MY )

I'm curious if anyone else knows anything about this program so I can possibly cross-reference what my adviser tells me with what another dealer might have told a member here. I will also try to keep this thread updated as I receive new information.
