Although I don't have an F-type, but an XKR, I experience this on a regular basis. It's infuriating! However, I have noticed that it only happens at one brand of gas station, in my area, USA Gasoline Stations. It does not happen at Shell, Valero, Mobil, etc. Obviously, it's not the gas but apparently the nozzles they use are much more sensitive to back pressure than the other brands. In your case, think about where this happens, and I would bet it happens at a particular brand.
There have been issues with this with the F-type, but it happens on many other models as well.

The "fix" didn't correct the issue for me and then I had to deal with fingerprints, footprints and smudges all over my white car left from the service department so rather than get stressed, I just fuel up at a Chevron station 20 miles from my house, it works 100% correctly there every time and I see all kinds of high-end exotics there as well so evidently I'm not the only one who has discovered this station.
Lousy greasy service techs are the same reason why I ignore the stereo buzzing issues.
