Default JAG model question

Ok folks, I got a model question here. I have a 2000 XK8. Is it a X308 or an X100. Never mind, I answered my own question... Mike

And we'd gone to all that trouble to put the 'X' codes in brackets in the model tech forum titles.

The 'X' numbers are model codes used by the factory and dealers to avoid confusion. Useful when Jaguar badged four different four door saloons manufactured between 1968 and 2009 as 'XJ6'!
