Default P2098, fuel trims inside

Patient is a 2007 Range Rover Supercharged, 4.2, AJ33 v8. Same as your XKR's presumably

Recently I got a CEL. Fault code returned was P2098, Post catalyst lambda control system too lean, bank2 (or something to that effect). I figured, ok. It's got a leak! YAY! Broke out the smoke tester, smoke tested the system, no leak. For good measure (and because I didn't realize how loud the PCV system on these is) I replaced the PCV valve. Next, I replaced both of the post catalyst lambda sensors, ensured I had no exhaust leaks, and while I was down there installed a magnaflow exhaust.

Anyway, it has now been approximately 700 miles with no CEL, but my fuel trims still look a little wacky:

From what I gather the post catalyst sensors are working properly and reading all as A-OK, but something still is not right. I have yet to do a full tuneup, but that's next on the list. Was just hoping for some insight

Thanks guys!
