Stripped Head bolt AJ27 V8

Stripped Head bolt AJ27 V8
I've got a customer 2000MY XJR for an overheat problem. Sometimes the engine will over temp, sometimes will run for an hour OK.
I expected to find a faulty head gasket or cracked head.
Removing the head bolts revealed the problem. Bank 1 center bolts were loose to remove. Stripped aluminum threads on one of the bolts and exhaust corrosion on the other. The bolts were the 'newer poly-drive' or RIBE head bolts so they were replaced at some time after the engine was made.
Most of the other head bolts were tighter and there was evidence of 'blow-by' between cylinders 2a & 3a.
I need to install new threads in the block for the replacement head bolts.
Time-Sert kit #7580 (M10X1.5mm) will be needed to install the threads 75mm below the block deck.
I wondered if anyone has repaired the block with one of these kits and would that someone be willing to rent/sell the used kit for this repair.
There are usually 14 inserts per kit and additional inserts are available for purchase from the company.
The kit is around $430 with shipping. If nobody has one to help me out I guess I will buy the kit and maybe the next person will buy the used kit from me.
I have not seen this fault before when I have removed Jag V8 heads so it is not common.
Let me know.

Is the installer specific to the M10x1.5mm insert? Or one installer fits all?
The Time-Sert system is the specified tool for the repair of stripped sparkplug
threads on modular Fords. It is a very common repair. So if the installer is
universal and you have a contact at a Ford dealer maybe all you will need to
purchase is the two inserts(and the customary donuts).
Because the problem is common, there are even mobile time-sert installation
services. Search: modular ford time-sert

Each Time-Sert tool kit is UNIQUE. The M10X1.5mm is the size (as opposed to the M14X1.25mm sparkplug set) that I need. The #7580 is REALLY LONG to reach the 75mm depth below the block deck. It also has a 'guide plate' to ensure a perpendicular hole.
I have the Time-Sert BMW M14X1.25mm LONG REACH sparkplug tool set. I also have a few other sets for M14X1.5mm, M10X1.25mm etc. for flush surface threaded holes. I even have the M10X1.00mm for the VW Diesel glow plug thread repair in the TDI head.
I called the machine shop I have used since the 1980s and all he has is the Time-Sert M11X1.5mm block repair for the NORTHSTAR engine. He told me I could use that if I wanted ONE LARGER HOLE in the block and a different head bolt. I declined the offer. He agreed it would be a 'micky mouse' job to try to 'bodge' the head together like that.
