Hi All,

My name is Amellia, your new point of contact for the Jaguar Land Rover Customer Relationship Centre. I will now be looking after this forum as Lucy has moved on to another role.

I have been within the Customer Relationship Centre for over a year now, and have looked into a variety of different queries and concerns, and have been lucky to broaden my knowledge due to this.

I will be more than happy to assist you with any queries or concerns that you may have, and should you require my assistance, please do not hesitate to PM me.

However should there be some queries I cannot answer straight away, please bare with me and I will endeavour to obtain the information you require.

Before you get bombarded with questions from all seven Continents, are you covering UK only or has the role been extended to take issues from anywhere in the World?

I'm assuming as before you are responsible for the UK only, however may be able to assist with others who reside outwith the British Isles?

I've therefore moved the post to the UK section which is the most relevant.

I can confirm that I will be able to assist with UK customers, and contact the relevant markets for customers outside of the UK should they require any assistance.

I'm sure this will be of benefit to some, certainly ourselves the customer and of course to Jaguar too.
I would guess it's likely that either new car owners or quality approved used will likely be the main beneficiaries here, still all good

Hi Amelia, quick question from Canada, I keep seeing the Jaguar includes the service in North America fir the first five years, however my dealer doesn't seem to include it here in Canada
