Default Can't figure out how to delete my membership

I've checked every link in the User CP section and the HOW TO links in this thread and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to delete my membership.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Hey Denise.....I haven't deactivated your account, instead I have simply set all permissions to NO so you will not receive emails / pm etc.

All my best

Default email address

I'm trying to change my email address, as the old one no longer functions. However. I'm told the new one is already in use. This dates back to when I first attempted to join the forum. At the time, just as I was registering, my computer crashed. When it, at last, reawakened, the message from the forum was, that I was denied membership for life ! I could find no way to contact anyone, as a non-member and, therefore registered under my alternative email address. Fine until recently, when ATT withdrew support and the email ceased to function. I therefore wish to change to my original address. PLEASE HELP........Roger.

Roger,

Is the eMail address you want to change?

m**************y@att.net

I haven't put the full name in here but you should recognise it.

You should be able to change this from the User CP button:

1. click on User CP button (circled in red)
2. under Your Profile, click on Edit Your Details (arrowed in red)
3. the dialogue box shown on the right will open
4. click on Edit Email & Password (arrowed in blue)
5. amend your eMail address

If this doesn't work for you, send me a PM with your new eMail address and I'll change it for you.

Graham

Kwick if you go to your control panel (click on "user cp" in the black bar at the top of the page) you can switch off the email notification option.

Mark,

I can make you a 'banned' user which will close your account but would allow you to rejoin on request to any of the Mod Team if you ever want to come back. Is that OK?

fjcruiser, kwick and gbdiver.......

I have not removed your accounts, thats not what we do here.

I have however, edited your accounts to stop any / all pm's and emails both from members and Admin, so you shouldn't have that problem again.

Hope it helps

Thanks
