Been requesting a little help from the Admins via the messaging but heard nothing back for weeks!!

If this is the input screen you used, I think it goes direct to forum owner Internet Brands. It doesn't come to the Moderator Team.

Do Admins ever check PM's-admin.jpg

I recommend a PM to any of the Moderator Team as the best way to get a response.
