That forum used to be known as jaguarforum.co.uk before the owner changed it to .com for some reason.
Are you sure you didn't sign up to the .co.uk forum sometime in the past?
The owner of jaguarforums.com is Internet Brands, the other forum is privately owned.
There is no way Internet Brands would be sharing or selling your email address, especially not to that other forum.
EDIT
Yes you are a member of that forum too, you signed up on 27th August 2013 with the same username, and you made your one and only post on the 20th of October 2014.
Nobody shared your email address, you signed up to that forum.
The admin of that forum sent out a message to all registered members to wish them a Happy Easter, I got it too.

Cameron has answered your query in depth, but just to add.....
Jaguarforum.com ( changed fairly recently from Jaguarforum.co.uk )
you may wonder why they have done this name change? Personally I think it's fairly obvious but you make up your own mind.
It is even though their tag line is "The Worlds #1 Jaguar car forum" mostly all UK members with little input from members across the world.
Here at Jaguarforums.com ( whatever position forum wise we are in ? ) are certainly much more diverse I believe, with members from every corner of the globe, and growing.
The facts, tsb's pictorial and video how to's etc and diverse knowledge base is much more prevalent here I would say. This is evidenced by our much copied information database.
I urge everyone as I do, to be a member of as many forums as you like. If like me, you will always have one that you prefer and call home.

I am a member of other automotive forums (some Audi/VW) but I post here more often because the content changes more frequently than other Jaguar based forums.
Sometimes the same post is DAYS before there is a response on JagLovers or others.
This forum also allows attachments that help with info. I HATE to copy/paste when the original info is available as an attachment.

For me too, it comes down to members and diversity/frequency of posts. We have a good international member base and the time differences around the globe means there's something going on almost twenty four hours a day.
Among the active members, the ratio of Viewers to Posters is probably around 10:1 but there's still a regular input of threads and posts across the forums. Few other forums I use have anywhere near the same post traffic.
When I had my XJ40 twenty years ago, there was a guy on JagLovers (Brett Gadzinski) who had excellent knowledge of the model and was making tens of posts a day about it. This encouraged a lively forum with many active members across the US, Europe and Australia. When he sold his XJ40 and moved on, the posts plummeted.
We're fortunate to have several professionals and knowledgeable amateurs here right across the model forums who generously give their time and experience to help others and to make jaguarforums.com what it is.
