I opened a thread, which you can see the address bar of in my screenshot. It sent me to the screen shown and asked me to contact an administrator,which I did.
But after doing that there was no way to return to the forums, none of the menus would drop down of highlight when hovering over them.

The only way out was to close the browser and re-open it and log on. Then I couldn't find the thread again....

Is this unusual?

I deleted the thread and banned the user because it was a UK business advertising with their first post to the forum. That's why you couldn't get back to it.

I assumed the thread may have been deleted,the unusual part was not being able to navigate away from the page in the screen shot. I could open the forums in a new tab, but had to close the browser to get rid of that page.
