Default Where you buy parts from?

Hello everybody!

I am looking for the driver side door panel and mirror.
Where are you buying body parts from? Or a decent, non expensive body shop?
I am in East Toronto.

Thanks

Based on my past experience ordering parts from the USA, do not let them ship it UPS. The brokerage fees are inexcusable. Better just to ship via the post office.

Hi,
You can call Fitzy (the Jag Doctor) at 416-892-9693; he's in Scarborough.
or Ian at just Jags in midtown but he's in New Zealand right now & Fitzy can arrange that for you too (they work together).
The alternative is Howard at Autocaft Foreign Cars in Kitchener; he'll courier the parts. His number is 519-746-2277 or autocraft4ncars@hotmail.com
Hope that's closer to home
Cheers
Peter

Thanks Peter.

The Jag Doctor moved from Scarborough, I called the number found in Ontario directories and the number was not longer in service. I drove to the address and there was some other repair garage. They never heard of Jap Doctor. All other parts shops were very expensive.
As an alternative I called these guys Used Auto Parts, Car Parts, Truck Parts, Automotive Parts, Automobile and they located the parts for me from tens of locations acros US, used but 9/10 condition shipped them over. I saved more that 50% of the total cost, make a note of that for futurere reference.
The car is in the shop right now, I will be back with pictures.
Thanks all for the help!

Hi,
If you looked up and found the address & number at Nantucket; its old and yes The Jag Doctor is not at that location anymore.
The numbers I forwarded was correct because I was at Fitzy's this past weekend working on my XJ12.
If you are looking for a genuine Jaguar Master Tech in Toronto and not wanting the dealership, there is no-one else.
Good luck & all the best.
Peter
