Default Seatbelt for Mark1 1955-model

Hello. Does anyone know:
Is it possible to buy and install a seatbelt in Mark1 1955.model?

the company Andover Restraints in the USA sells retro seat belt kits for classic Jaguar.

Needless to say, you may have to install the anchorage points as a 1955 car is unlikely to have them. This will involve some drilling and welding. My Mark 2 of 1967 already had the anchorages installed.

The genuine belts in my car had lovely miniature "leapers" on the clasps

fortunately Andover sells all the hardware needed, no welding required. They also have the clasps with "leapers".

My '65 S type came with BMC clasps. ( British Motors Corporation? ).

not very far from you, to the east of Sweden, there is Finland, correct ??

in Finland there is a famous restorer called Fiboy who has restored and improved many Jaguars including a Mark 1, here is his website:
