Default Hi--happy to be here. Quick question...

Looking to get a convertible.

I Love 07/08's XK/XKR look

are they easier/cheaper to maintain than 04-06 xk8/XKR convertibles--which I like a lot but has a much different look.?

Thoughts/comments. Cars I am looking st look great and have low miles

thanks

paul

Welcome to the forum Paul,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I had a 2005 XK8 and currently have a 2007 XK. The XK is moderately easier to maintain but I've found little difference in cost between the two.

Follow this link XK / XKR ( X150 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK/XKR forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

You can also visit the US Western Region forum by following this link US Western - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Welcome.

Graham has covered that ask very well.

Previous CARE, or LACK OF, is the key to your cost of maintaining any car of any make.
