Only thing I miss about ND are the cheap vanity plates! Wish I was there now to get a cheap plate for the XJ8! I don't miss the 9 months of snow and I do know "Why not Minot"!! lol

Allan,
When I saw the snow in your pic, I followed the link to your albums.

Is this typical? It looks to have been above the snow poles before the plough or blower cut through.

This was actually the road up to the Ski Area Base on Mt Baker in NW Washington State.
The Washington & British Columbia lowlands receive very little snow......lots of rain though.
That's why it is so green up in the Pacific Northwest,

In Chicago in the early 90's I had BGKTTY and then BGKTTY1. Cant for the life of me find the pictures though. Stood for Big Kitty and well, Big Kitty 1. My oldest daughter, 9 at the time, would pet the leaping cat on the hood and say, Big Kitty since we had a cat she would call Little Kitty. I had to get the plates to match it. I am sure someone in IL is running around with both on Jags now.

It's too bad that front license plates are required on cars like this Jag. As the former owner of an early '60's Austin Healey Sprite, I'd take this gorgeous E-type (see post #17) in trade for my "Frog-eye," aka "Bug-eye."
