Good used later style wiper motor and correct delay relay for 80-91 XJS cars. This is the Japanese Electrolux motor that Jaguar used after 88 when they abandoned the old trouble-prone Lucas piece. This is from an 89 XJS and works perfectly. It comes with the matching delay relay that is needed when using it in the 80-88 cars. I tried this type of motor on my own 88 XJS (which came originally with a Lucas motor) and it worked fine.

Using this motor on an earlier 80-88 car requires n modifications- the motor is a simple bolt-in, plug-in replacement for the Lucas motor, the original wiper arms attach the same way, and you replace your original delay relay (green) with the one I have here (it plugs in place just like the original). Simple

Or it can be used for any 89-91 XJS- just drop it in and no need to even change the relay.

I have also read that this motor can be used in the earlier 76-79 models (that didn't yet have the intermittent wiper feature), but I have never done it myself.
