Default Problem S Type

Hi all I've recently bought a 2001 S-Type 3l and it started just cutting out but started fine afterwards and now it runs lumpy every now and then. Any suggestions

Could be any of lots of things. Any OBD codes? What are fuel trims?

An air leak is maybe #1 suspect - fuel trims will show.
