Default 2005 S Type R Supercharged V8 British Racing Green

Earlier todayHowdy
New to the forum, as I have just acquired this beauty from a colleague who had too many cars. I work at a jag specialty shop and have had it inspected thoroughly, new brakes new pirellis and now it's my daily to and from car. I still have a 2003 Discovery that sits at the shop that used to be my daily driver before so the transition from the mighty Land Rover to the ultimately luxurious Jaguar is slow but arguably worth it. Only downside at all is there's no aux connection to the head unit. Too new for cassette tapes and too old for an open aux jack. Currently, I'm fishing around for exploratory solutions and I'd love to hear some feedback if anyone has knowledge or expierence with X200 head units. Thanks, ciao

+1 on the FM modulator , as it seems the bluetooth (veff box) is not available any more ?
or there are a few threads on people adding a 3.5mm RCA jack to the CD changer in the boot/trunk .

At this time that's the better solution.

But wanted to mention the ACM (Audio Connectivity Module). This gives you USB,RCA and IPOD connections. It mounts in the center arm rest compartment. I think they are long gone and they were too expensive for what you got.

But I sure love using the USB!

Congrats! I'm glad to see that car gets to stay in the area and especially in the care of another jag enthusiast.

I have fitted a parrot mki 9100 in my car. You can buy the cable connection for the s type which allows you connect usb Sd cards and bluetooth to play music. It also allows you to telephone using a iPhone or Android mobile phone.
