s-type chirp

s-type chirp
Hello all,
My s-type 2.7d 2005 automatic makes a "chirp" noise quite often when putting my foot down.
Here is an audio recording: Chirp!
I was told this might be due to the TSB here: TSB
So I got the gearbox oil changed with ZF Lifeguard6, which I believe now contains the additive, which should correct it.
Unfortunately, however, the noise is still there.
Does anyone know what might be wrong? Does the audio recording sound like the TSB problem? Am I heading for a gearbox failure?
cheers, Jaguarfanman.

I have noticed a similar noise with my car (2003 3.0) it happens more when you are holding the car on part throttle in sport mode and then accelerate and the gearbox drops down a gear you get a squawk or chirp, I am just about to do an oil and filter change to see if it helps but after reading the TSB I would think twice about putting the additive in my gearbox and just live with it.
