We'll have a Jaguar dealer on the West side of Detroit again, starting next week. I just got an email that Jaguar Land Rover of Farmington Hills will have its grand opening on Thursday, March 24. The location is near the intersection of M-5, 10 Mile Rd., and Grand River Ave.

This dealership will be part of the "World of Erhard" group. They currently have a couple of BMW dealerships, one in Bloomfield Hills and one in Farmington Hills.

I just had mine serviced there, excellent people, great customer service. Gary is the new resident Jag expert and spent time with me to explain many aspects of a car I didn't even buy there!

This will be my new go to place, for sure.

 

Thanks for the review! I'm planning to stop by their Grand Opening event this evening, so I'll bring back any other useful info.

 

I don't really know that I picked up any useful info, but the Grand Opening event was nice, and the facility looks good. It's not as big as the old Jaguar of Novi, but everything seemed well ordered. It's about 1/4 mile East of the BMW dealership on 10 Mile Rd.

... alas, it was not to be. But there were drinks and snacks, and I did pick up a gift bag with a nice pair of glasses and a pen. So it was worth stopping by, especially since it's close to my office. Mostly I'm just glad I won't need to traverse most of Metro Detroit when issues arise that really do need a hand from an authorized dealer.
