Jaguar White Plains, NY

My F Type is due its first service - I live on the CT / NY border, closest dealership to me is Jaguar White Plains in NY. Does anyone have any experience with this dealer that they can share?

I only buy parts at this dealership from the guy Mark,a real Englishman

but never used their other service.

I will never go to dealer to service my car,
