Default New Hampshire Via Mass

Just recently moving to a new apartment in Nashua New Hampshire, and I have to get my registration changed over to the new address.. One big concern for me, the window tints I have in my car.. Wasn't a big deal in Mass but after a lot of reading NH sounds like its going to be way worse when it comes time for inspection.. Anyone know of any "Tint" friendly inspection stations.. PLEASE PM me --- Sorry for the somewhat "illegal" post but my kitty looks soo pretty with the windows the way they are, and I dont want to have to change it!

Also the planned Nh plate is PUURRRR.. any thoughts?

I've been pulled over twice in the wife's Nissan Sentra for 20% tint. Second time I got a ticket.

20% is DARK. I've got 35 all the way around on my last two trucks and havent had a problem. if the cops see anything they think is darker than 35 youre going to get pulled over.

Hi from Bedford, NH also. I like the "moving someplace a little warmer in a few years" idea as well!

Boscawen here. Picking up my black on black XK8 coupe next week, wondering though, do they make studded snow tires that fat?

I'm sure they probably do, but do you really want to put them on is the real question!

Sal, I see that you are located next door in Canterbury. Do you have a mechanic that you would recommend in the area?

Default re-checking in

A couple of posts back I checked in with my then, three month old XJ8L that I loved.

I kept it in the garage for the snowy times, but then one day early in January, I had some traveling to do with my gal and the roads were clear and dry, so I took it out.

Trouble was my long twisty driveway wasn't clear yet. Long story short, the ABS kicked in on a corner near the bottom of my driveway and the car didn't turn. By the time I got my foot off the brake and the car turned it was too late, so now I have a 2009 XF, fully loaded.

I sure miss that XJ8L. That was a real Jag. Distinctive and classy and a joy to drive as well as to look at. I love my XF too, but the new Jags just don't have the classic look of the older Jags that make the older ones so distinctive.
