Hi
You don't say if this is after a long journey or after stop, start' s, I would check Boot Light is going Out and all interior lights ( footwell lights are going Out ) And that the Alternator is working properly ) Start , Stops are not good for the Battery especially in this Cold Weather.
Regards
Tom

If its cranking over slowly and you are sure the battery is good / fully charged.
Best thing to do is remove and clean (with abrasive paper) the main battery connection to the starter motor, both ends of the main engine earth (on the engine and the car body) and the battery terminals them selves.
I have done voltage drop tests on these in the past and got increases from 8.8 volts to 10.2 volts at the starter post when cranking just by cleaning these.
Its its still slow maybe its the starter motor.
Obviously wait for the glow light to go out before cranking.
