Wink blinking console light no fuel to engine

First off let me thank all of the folks that have helped me time and time again on this forum.

I just had to replace the vacuum line for the brake on my 3.0 manual and not for some odd reason it will not start. It cranks just fine with a new starter, and jumping it off another car, but will not start. It started fine before with another battery, so that could be an issue, but I am jumping it so not seeing how it is relevant. Its cranking just fine, but no juice. I noticed tonight that there is a red blinking like in the console that just keeps flashing every second or so. I checked the inertia switch which seems to be fine, but I don't this I did it in ECC mode with the key?? Its a new starter. The battery is old though but seems to be OK. Please help this is driving me bonkers. I also checked the fuel pump breaker. 31 or 33 under the driver dash which looks OK. It's so odd. Any help?

Thanks

Where exactly is the red lamp that is flashing? If it is the one on the center console by the gear lever it is possibly indicating that there is a problem with the immobiliser.
