Headlight level adjustment not working

I own a xtype. 2.2d 2008. The headlight level adjustment is not working. I have checked the F29 fuse. Is there a controller? Any ideas?

Chances are the adjusters are broken. Fairly common problem, especially as the cars keep againg.Do a search on here about that as there are quite a number of related threads. Will tell how to fix it and links to where to buy the adjusters.
