Problems After a Battery Change

Problems After a Battery Change
Went to start up the Jag and the battery cleary didn't have enought juice. (It's a 2009 battery so obviously just worn out) Well I had an extra one from my previous 2003 X-Type that went away 6 months ago which has been on the trickle charger. So I swapped them out and started the car up with no issues. BUT
I was driving around right after this with my window down and when I went to roll it up it wouldn't do it automatically like it's always done. I had to sit and hold the switch. This was the same story for all 4 windows. But after a few trips around and turning the car on and off a few times i eventually 1 by one regained the ability for the window to do it itself. So that's good now. BUT
I went to play my CD which is in the 6 disk CD changer in the trunk and it comes up on the screen "CD NO DISC" (Or something very close to that, I'll check in a bit and update)
Any Ideas?

moparcarlton, when you remove the battery, all power gets lost to the memory functions of the car. So, you windows will loose their AUTO up/down function. To reset this function all you have to do is to start with the window in the up position and then take it in the down direction and after the window reaches its stop, hold the button for an additional 3-4 seconds (some people say you can hear a click happen, you can release after this click). Then take the window in the up direction and let it go fully closed and again hold the button in the UP direction for an additional 3-4 seconds (or until the click occurs). Repeat for each window.
The big thing is to hold the switch the whole time and not to rely on the auto function til after you have programmed it.

You will also find your wipers have lost that last delay swipe after you use the screen wash. usually does a couple of wipes then after about 2 seconds will do an extra wipe just to clear the screen. I know some people do not like it but i do.
if you want to get it back pull the stalk forward to do a screen wash then hold the stalk up for 3-4 wipes that should reset it.

Sorry I don't get back on here very often due to a busy work schedule. Windows work and I didn't notice the wiper issue till you mentioned it and I fixed that as I also like that feature BUT I can't get the darn CD player to work. I have pulled out the CD holder and swapped discs around but I still can't get it to realize it's there.
If I hadn't mentioned before I have Stock radio with cassette player in the car then the stock 6 disk changer in the trunk.
