Do not buy anything from XTypeParts.com's webshop. I ordered some parts in July and paid for the lot. No delivery so far. They don't answer my emails nor any telephone calls. An obvious fraud!

Redalg,

give your credit card company a call and explain the situation you may be able to get your money back.

Good luck !!

Hi there, thanks for the post.

I don't think we can say its an obvious fraud, although to be fair, I have tried them myself for various reasons many times and cannot get through, or get an answer of any description.

Its certainly a company I'd be wary of though.

I honestly don't know what happened with those guys.

Back when I had my X-Type I bought a fair bit of stuff off them, the service was great, and I was happy to promote them. But this was when they were just starting out, I think I was one of their first customers back in 2011.

The owner of the company, bloke called Jordan McKenna, have you spoken with him?

I get the feeling that they may have become victims of their own success, a business can grow too fast & the people can't keep up.

Maybe...I'm just guessing really, haven't been in contact with them for a couple of years. But you are not the first one to report difficulties in dealing with these guys, it's a pity...

Had a "lucky" experience with them, if you can call it that way at all. Missing boot actuator from a big package I ordered, never got shipped, nor I got refund for it. Very bad communication even when they do process orders.

If you can't reach them and solve the issue anytime soon I would suggest too to cancel via the credit card company the orders you put.
