Gergs, if your slow and fast speed wipers are still functioning, then odds are your problem lies in the stalk that controls the wipers. Odds are the resistor for the intermittent wipers has opened and it is causing the circuit not to function properly. If you want to do a check, let me know and I will pull up the schematics so you can prove it bad.
