2004 X-Type 2.5, AWD "Siren" Type Noise at 30 MPH
Good Morning,
I have a 2004 X-Type, 2.5 AWD. Now that it is cold out (25 F and below), I've been noticing a high pitch "siren" type noise while driving roughly 25-30 mph. It doesn't matter if I push in the clutch when this happens or not. If I accelerate, it gets a little louder, then goes away. Any thoughts?

That whining sound should be well documented in the X type FAQ quick link thread....https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ead.php?t=5915
