Default ABS Light Codes C1155 and C1145

After replacing both front wheel speed sensors due to a lingering ABS light, intermittent brake light, and check engine light for codes C 1145 and C 1155 (left and right front wheel speed sensor faults) I discovered that the sensors were actually ok and it's a wiring problem.

Going to pull the wheel ABS wiring harnesses apart tomorrow and try to find the bad section of wiring and hopefully patch them up if at all possible as they are $80 each new.

Wish me luck and I'll post some pictures when finished if successful.

Good luck! I hate wiring with a passion... possibly even more than exhausts!

I hope the wheel bearings were installed correctly. They need to be installed so that the sensor faces the correct side of the bearing.

Installing backwards will result in no wheel speed detected.

Wheel bearings are in correctly, made sure of that when I put them in last month, magnetic side facing in towards the engine.

Pulled the wiring harnesses apart from the inner fender to the wheels, both of them are ok, so looks like it's either between the main wiring harness to the ABS computer or it might be the ABS computer itself.

Guess it's one more project for another weekend.

Had someone else replace both front bearings now c1145 and c1155 codes is there a quick way to check if they reversed the bearings? and does it mean I will need a new set installed or can they just be flipped and call it a day
