Cory, keep in mind that those that posted that the bearing didn't have the magnetic strip probably had their mechanic install the bearing backwards. There isn't a magnetic strip inside the bearing. What is happening is the sensor has a magnet inside the tip and as the internal of the bearing roll by (there is a small toothed gear as I recall), the sensor sees the teeth and counts them. These teeth are on one end. So, if you install the bearing backwards (the bearing is labeled as what is the inside part, what is the outside part), those teeth are too far away for the sensor to see, so the sensor sees no motion even though the bearing is spinning.
Look at: Wheel Bearing Front TIMKEN WB000003 Fits 02 08 Jaguar x Type | eBay
In the listing, you will see where it talks about "interchange number". This is a number that all the manufacturers will follow if they say that part A is the same as Part B. For example, the Timken bearing WB0000003 is the same part as the SKF FW501. Just made by 2 different manufacturers. You order either one of these bearings, you will get the correct part. You have like 5 bearings to choose from, all made by different manufacturers. I tend to stick with Timken and SKF just because I have used them in the past and haven't had any major issues with them.
