Default Need help to identify noise

I'm hoping someone can help identify the source of this noise I am hearing. I've attached a short video of the sound - it sounds like someone blowing air over an open coke bottle. It's definitely connected with the rotation the wheels, probably the right rear wheel. Also:
- I only hear it after the car gets wet, either when it rains or I wash the car;
- I hear it for the first 10 seconds after the first start and drive of the day, then it goes away.
I'm thinking maybe a wheel bearing, but I would think that would persist and get worse at higher speeds, which doesn't happen.
My other thought was something connected with the parking brake?

Maybe the carrier bearing on the rear drive shaft.

Does the noise change when you tap the brake pedal or pull up on the e-brake handle?

Default Wheel noise

It rained last night (quite a bit) so I had a chance to try out these tests this morning. Tapping on the brake didn't make any difference. Pulling up and releasing the e-brake lever seemed to stop the noise (I'm pretty sure about this but will try again to confirm it).

That is an odd one. But I did not hear the coke bottle sound in the video.
Could it be the brake wear indicator starting to rub?

The noise is mainly in the first half of the video, before the sounds of the doors locking.
I'm not sure this makes any difference, but I park the car at a slight incline, with the front higher than the back.
